Qi-Gym (pronounced Chee-Gym) is a life-transforming combination of simple flowing movements of Qi-Gong, Brain Gym movements & principles, and other magic! It is easy, fun and profound!
Come and have fun changing your thinking, strengthening and relaxing your body, AND rewire your brain! Qi-Gym is for all ages – for beginners OR for those who have done Qi-Gong. It is great for students with stress or ADD, for seniors, or for support for healthy daily life or goals.
